I offer two welcoming yoga sessions designed to help you move, breathe, and feel your best:

Every Wednesday at 6:00 PM
A gentle, calming class to release tension, reset your mind, and reconnect with yourself from the comfort of your home.
🌿 Gentle Yoga (In Person)
Every Friday at 9:15 AM
Held at Magor & Undy Hub, this class focuses on slow, supportive movement to improve mobility, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
Both classes are suitable for all levels and created to feel safe, inclusive, and supportive.

Since 2012 I have been training and Practising as Complimentary therapies and Currently I offer a range of Therapies including Jin Shin Jyutsu and Deep tissue Massage.
