I often get asked how I manage to juggle so many things at once. My answer? I never do house chores. Yes, really! I find any excuse to avoid them. It’s one of the biggest ADHD challenges in my life, but strangely, this task avoidance has become my most creative way to explore natural ingredients. Instead of cleaning, I dive into the world of herbs, baking, and crafting little workshops that share the joy of simple, wholesome ingredients.
This new venture is all about gathering everything that makes me feel alive and passionate. I want to share it with the world in a way that’s fun, accessible, and full of heart. So, what have I been up to? Mini workshops and herbal guides that celebrate the goodness of everyday ingredients found right at home.

How Avoiding Chores Sparked a New Passion
I know it sounds odd, but avoiding house chores has been a blessing in disguise. Instead of tidying up, I find myself experimenting with natural ingredients. This task avoidance has pushed me to get creative and learn more about the healing and nourishing powers of herbs and simple kitchen staples.
For example, when I should be cleaning the kitchen, I’m actually mixing up herbal blends or mixing my very old Sourdough Starter called "Kaleesi" with ingredients like oats, honey, and rosemary. These moments of distraction have turned into little pockets of discovery and joy.
This approach has helped me understand how natural ingredients can be used not just for health but also for fun and creativity. It’s a way to bring a bit of magic into everyday life.
Mini Workshops and Herbal Guides: Sharing the Fun Side of Nature
I’ve started preparing mini workshops where I teach others how to use natural ingredients in simple, enjoyable ways. These sessions are informal, hands-on, and full of laughter. We bake together, make herbal teas, and create little remedies that anyone can try at home.
One of the highlights is sharing herbal guides that explain the benefits and uses of common plants. These guides are easy to follow and encourage people to connect with nature in a gentle, playful way.
For example, I often talk about the calming effects of chamomile or the refreshing zing of peppermint. These herbs are easy to find and bring a lovely touch to everyday life.

Herbal Products That Inspire My Workshops
I want to share a couple of products that have inspired my workshops and herbal guides. These items are wonderful examples of how natural ingredients can be used in everyday life.
Handmade Herbal Soap
This soap is made with natural oils and herbs like rosemary and lavender. It’s gentle on the skin and smells fresh and earthy. Using handmade soap feels like a small luxury and a way to connect with nature every day.
Organic Herbal Tea Blend
A soothing blend of chamomile, peppermint, and lemon balm. This tea is perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s a simple way to enjoy the benefits of herbs without any fuss.
Why Sharing This Matters to Me
This venture is more than just a hobby. It’s a way to bring balance and joy into my life and hopefully into the lives of others. By sharing what I love, I hope to inspire people to slow down, enjoy simple pleasures, and discover the magic of natural ingredients.
I believe that wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Sometimes, it’s about the small things: a cup of herbal tea, a homemade biscuit, or a moment spent learning about plants.

What’s Next on This Journey
I’m excited to keep growing this venture. More workshops, more guides, and more ways to share the fun and goodness of natural ingredients. I want to create a community where people feel welcome to explore, ask questions, and enjoy the process.
If you’re curious about natural wellbeing or want to try something new, keep an eye out for upcoming workshops and guides. There’s so much to discover, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
This journey has taught me that sometimes, avoiding chores can lead to the most unexpected and wonderful adventures. It’s about finding joy in the little things and sharing that joy with others.
If you're interested in learning more about natural wellbeing, keep an eye out as I will soon be releasing my initial guides, workshops, and talks.
Let’s keep discovering and enjoying the natural world together.
